Mortenson has been providing construction services for mission critical facilities since 1995. We are an industry-leading builder of data centers, telecommunication network facilities, emergency operations centers and similar facilities with 24x7 operation requirements.
Our resume includes 170 completed mission-critical projects, totaling $1.1 billion and 2.6 million square feet across the nation. We are currently building over 30 MW and 70,000 GSF of data center white space valued at more than $300 million. This experience includes:

We serve the mission critical facility needs of enterprise companies, internet and multi-tenant data service providers, telecom providers and government customers. Depending on customer needs, Mortenson delivers projects via CM@risk, Design Build, CM or Lump Sum methodologies.
As a business partner, we provide a variety of services including extensive design phase and preconstruction engagement. Our Development Group is equipped to assist with financing, site selection and project planning.
