Benefits

Mortenson provides a comprehensive rewards program for team members, including competitive compensation and benefit programs.  The objectives of the program are to:

  • Reward performance with competitive total cash compensation;
  • Support the health and welfare of team members and their families;
  • Provide the opportunity to build long-term financial security; and
  • Provide the opportunity for work and life balance.

Team members are eligible for most of our benefit programs as of the first day of employment if they consistently work at least 25 hours per week.
