DEI at Mortenson

The female workforce at Mortenson has been steadily increasing. Since 2015, the number of women in Craft (trades) positions has grown from 7% to nearly 11% and from 25% to over 32% for Non-Craft positions. As we continue our allyship with the SWE community, we will continue to bring awareness to the inequalities in the construction industry as a whole and strengthen the pipeline of Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion within our organization and its leadership.
