Hilton Garden Inn Madison is a seven-story, 176-room development project located at 770 Regent Street. The site is strategically positioned adjacent to both the Southwest Commuter Bike Path and East Campus Mall, which connects pedestrians to the University of Wisconsin-Madison and provides convenient access to campus facilities, including the Kohl Center, Memorial Union and Camp Randall Stadium.
Hilton Garden Inn Madison utilized the Framecad system to manufacture the engineered framing system for prefabrication by our Chicago self-perform team. The project is designed by Wisconsin-based Kahler Slater architects with interior design by Design Force Corporation. It includes a bar, restaurant, junior ballroom for events, fitness center and a 200-plus stall parking garage. A signature feature of the hotel is the gallery walk presenting five large 15' x 20' art panels by artist, and Madison native, Daniella Willett-Rabin. Located on the northeast corner of the property, the artwork spotlights various brightly-colored and playful paintings.
