Siobhán Dowell brings energy, determination, and expertise to the Seattle Office. With a strong background in professional services A/E/C marketing, and business development, Siobhán is a core part of building partnerships for our organization. As Business Development Manager, she utilizes her background and expertise to provide strategic solutions that are unique to each customer and their identified goals. She builds relationships at levels of the business, including engaging with small and minority enterprises to diversify the future of the industry. She utilizes her deep knowledge of analytical problem-solving and creativity to manage public relations and media outreach while developing new and customer-focused content.

Siobhán is passionate about her work in the construction industry and the opportunity it provides to build a better tomorrow. She gains motivation from the progressive change and emerging technologies in the a/e/c industry and looks forward to seeing what the future holds. 

Siobhán remains actively involved in her community and is the current co-chair for UrbanPlan Seattle - Urban Land Institute. The nonprofit organization focuses on real estate, land use, and sustainability to shape the future of our built environment and improve surrounding communities. As co-chair of the committee, Siobhán plays a pivotal role in the organization's growth and outreach. Her passion for improving her community continues outside the organization, as Siobhán is always eager to jump at the opportunity to help other organizations create change.

Siobhán also serves on the University of Washington Ascend Council which seeks to mentor and support small and minority business enterprises. She is also a leader within the Arthritis Foundation Great West Chapter where she spends her time advocating for disabled youth.

Siobhán is originally from Aberdeen, Scotland, and attended Murdoch University in Australia, where she received her Bachelor of Arts. Outside the office, Siobhán is a current member of the Issaquah Philharmonic, where she plays the violin. She is passionate about the environment, animal welfare, human rights, and arts and culture. She lives with her husband and their two dogs, Charlie and George.
