 Summary

As our Business Analyst Intern, you will provide administrative and analytical support to the Business Analytics team, assisting to coordinate, plan, and implement strategic initiatives to achieve company goals. Highlights of the internship include:

• Conduct market research on customers, competitors and overall industry
• Create and assemble financial evaluation tools
• Assess capital expenses, investments and ROI on innovation ideas and new businesses
• Conduct analytics on existing operations and seek areas of potential improvement
• Conduct analytics of supply chains and seek areas of potential improvement
• Conduct business case definition and project chartering.

• Are currently enrolled and pursuing an undergraduate, four-year degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Have achieved a minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0
• Demonstrate effective communication (written and oral) and active listening skills
• Have acute attention to detail
• Possess excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

Additional Information:

You will join an exciting and ever-changing industry with a planned 12-week, in-person internship with our team. This opportunity is full-time (40 hours/week) during the summer of 2025. The internship position is out of our Minneapolis headquarters office.  

The hourly wage for college Interns starts at $17.00. Students in their sophomore year of college, or more, are paid higher wages based on their year in school.
