In Spanish, Esperanza means “hope” and it is their mission to deliver health and hope for Chicago's underserved communities. The new facility offers bilingual, high-quality primary care and behavioral health services, accessible to all, regardless of immigration or insurance status.

With a commitment to our community, the team exceeded diversity goals, with 52% of trade partners being minority or women-owned businesses and a 56% diverse workforce.
