Revival on Platte

Denver, CO

Who said multi-family construction needs to be ordinary? Mortenson is developing and building this eight-story, 200-unit apartment building in Denver’s Sun Valley neighborhood. This first-of-its-kind multifamily project is championing a modular build approach in tandem with Mortenson’s offsite manufacturing team, BLUvera.

To address a local plumbing labor shortage, over 2,500 prefabricated structural panels with built-in plumbing rough-ins were created offsite. This innovative method shortened installation time and enhanced onsite safety by decreasing congestion.
