WOMEN IN CONSTRUCTION

Celebrating the strength and knowledge of women
and the vital role they play in shaping the future of
the construction industry.

Keys to the Future: WIC Week March 3-9, 2024

Now celebrating over 25 years, Women in Construction (WIC) Week is an opportunity to promote real parity for women in the construction industry. During this week we focus on the role we play in supporting and advancing women and empowering them to continue to grow their careers in the industry. From career mapping to skills development, we provide advancement opportunities as part of our ongoing efforts to diversify the construction workforce.

We have identified daily themes to help us celebrate the week, cultivate conversations and provide resources for our women in construction and the allies who support them.

Daily Themes:

  • Day 1 - Allyship
  • Day 2 - Mentorship
  • Day 3 - Jobsite Culture
  • Day 4 - Building a Network
  • Day 5 - Community Impact

The overall theme for WIC Week this year is 'Keys to the Future.' This year we celebrate the strength and knowledge of women and the vital role they play in shaping the future of the construction industry. To learn more about WIC Week and events taking place nationally visit wicweek.org.

Empowering Women

Each year we host an annual women's event to empower our female team members and work toward removing the barriers faced by women in construction. Together, we can create a future for all that is open, equitable and overflowing with potential.
