I started my career on a project management track, and 13 years ago I was asked if I wanted an opportunity to switch roles and support projects as a superintendent. Leaders saw something in me that I didn’t see in myself. That pivotal moment was one of the best moves I made in my career.
There are always opportunities to learn something new on a project and I feel supported to try those things and trusted that my ideas add to a project’s evolution.
