Melanie Nordhougen is an Assistant Project Manager on the Sanford Fargo Medical Center. She oversees everything from framing and drywall to the interior finishes on one of the top 10 largest healthcare construction projects in the nation.

Melanie brings 11 years of industry experience in healthcare, education, correctional facilities and tenant improvements to Mortenson. She has been involved in projects ranging in size from $1 million to nearly $400 million.

In her free time, Melanie enjoys spending time with her 3 children and husband doing various activities indoors and out. During the summer months they spend much of their time at the lake. Other hobbies include running 10Ks and half marathons and participating in her children’s school, church, and extracurricular activities.
