Project App Keeps Customers Informed
Our mission on every project is to create an exceptional customer experience. Over the years, creating and delivering that experience has evolved with changing technology and communication. Three projects in Mortenson’s Milwaukee office are testing a new construction industry software to communicate and engage customers and project stakeholders. RivetWire provides project updates through chronological photo or article posts using a phone or desktop computer.
The app allows users to track daily and weekly progress, view and comment on posts at any time, and see which posts are unread. The project teams have found that the app is easy to use, saves both the management team and customer time, eliminates weekly paper or electronic updates, and engages users who are offsite.
