Renovations within Chase Field were completed in multiple phases due to the need to keep the facility operational and to work around scheduled off-season events. The project included:
- Renovation of 60 suites (including owner’s suite)
- Demolition of 4 existing suites that were converted into a Stand Up Lounge
- Demolition of 4 existing suites that were converted into an “All-You-Can-Eat” Lounge
- Renovation and upgrades to the scoreboard control rooms and replacement of the existing Sony Jumbotron with a 145’WX60’H HD Daktronics Video Board
I recently completed an evaluation of their pre-construction services at Chase Field and gave them the highest rating I’ve ever given a contractor in my 40 years in the design and construction business in federal, state and county government.
