The centerpiece of Mortenson's work on Cherry Creek North, a 1.3 million square foot redevelopment project in Denver, Colorado is an 11-story luxury hotel. Its 196 guest rooms offer "elegant and understated" accommodations to business and leisure travelers. The 151,000 square foot facility also provides guests with on-site access to amenities ranging from a ballroom to a full-service spa and salon. Mortenson was the design-build contractor and turnkey developer for this exceptional hotel.
