The Crown College Strohm & Richardson Hall renovation project is a $2M remodel of two, three-story, 34-year old dorms at Crown College located in St. Bonifacius. The work includes exterior and interior demolition to allow for a new facade of metal panels, decorative stone blocks, and operable windows. The interior received new casework, finishes, and furnishings. Sitework included utilities, re-grading, sidewalks, and landscaping. The project upgraded the exterior to match the surrounding buildings, improve recruiting, and enhance the student experience.
