The project involved the renovation of an 83,880 GSF, seven-story, 1970s-era student housing facility. Major elements of the project included demolition of existing interiors; replacement of architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, life safety, and communications systems; and a television studio for media training. The project scope also included exterior masonry repairs, window replacements, roof replacement, and site work.
