Multnomah County selected Mortenson for its $15 million renovation of an existing 5 story, 28,500 square foot building, located at 333 SW Park Avenue in downtown Portland. The renovated facility will support the service needs of the Multnomah County Behavioral Health Resource Center program and will provide critical mental health and housing services to the community of Multnomah County. The proposed Behavioral Health Resource Center will include a day center/intake area, laundry facilities, shower facilities, a resource center, shelter, transitional housing, food preparation area, gathering space, office area, exterior storage, vertical circulation and security support areas.
