The Sherbino II 138 kV Substation & Interconnect were completed in September 2012, in Pecos County, Texas. The EPC Project scope included civil work, foundations, erection of steel structures, wiring, and terminations. The project is located on a mesa that spans almost 10,000 acres and rises 3,000 feet above sea level with rocky terrain and is nearly two hours away from the nearest major city.
