The Skogman Companies Headquarters is on the corner of First Avenue and Fifth Street SE, a key gateway location into Downtown Cedar Rapids. The three-story office building replaces three existing structures, including the historic Bever Building. The new location provides an office atmosphere that is both productive and collaborative, as well as inviting for employees and customers alike. It also includes a third-floor space for office tenants.
