Mortenson has partnered with The Blake School since 2015 for a phased renovation of its Hopkins campus, which is home to the Middle School and one of two Lower Schools. The team was challenged with creating better connectivity within a 100-year-old campus that has been pieced together through previous renovations and for providing a safer and more efficient drop-off and pick-up area for students. Work included improvements to athletic fields that serve all campuses, enhancements to the ice arena for a better player and fan experience, adding to the dining, renovation to MacMillan Performing Arts Center, refreshed classroom spaces, and mechanical infrastructure upgrades.
