A customer-first approach
We approach new partnerships by first working to understand our customers’ business objectives and then, from there, we are often able to establish a team with the necessary expertise to help them achieve success. Mortenson has experienced team members that are able to support all phases of the project lifecycle, including Development, Design, Engineering, Finance, Construction and O&M. It is never too early to engage with our partners on opportunities. Early coordination helps to optimize site development, engineering, project scheduling, technology selection, and more — maximizing the value of our partner’s assets.

Advanced manufacturing and renewable energy projects are larger and more complex than ever, requiring an enormous amount of due diligence and functional expertise, both in and outside of construction. Our objective is to help our partners overcome obstacles and achieve their goals through early engagement and complex problem solving. The key is to integrate our teams early and work collaboratively towards a successful outcome for all involved.
