As a Senior Development Analyst, Chris supports Mortenson’s regional developers in advancing new development opportunities in Chicago, Denver, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Nashville, Phoenix, Portland, Salt Lake City, Seattle and Washington, D.C. Chris provides underwriting and evaluation support across multiple property types including data centers, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, multi-family, and land asset classes, and alternative investments. Other key duties include due diligence, valuations, debt and equity placement, asset management and capital raising. Chris is passionate about revitalizing neighborhoods and bringing new ones to life.

Chris began his real estate career at Kroll (previously Duff & Phelps, LLC) as a Senior Associate in their real estate advisory group. At Kroll, he was responsible for conducting valuation and consulting services for institutional owners/operators of real estate in the United States and specialized in valuations for purchase price accounting, portfolio valuations and acquisition due diligence. Most recently, Chris worked at Pritzker Realty Group (PRG) where he was responsible for underwriting and market research in support of PRG’s multi-family investment, financing and asset management activities.

Chris graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics and International Business with a Certificate in German Studies. He is an active member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association. Chris is an ardent Liverpool FC supporter, enjoys playing pickleball, learning the game of golf, and spending time with his family, friends and puppy.
