Chris Wenger

As Senior Project Manager, Chris applies his 13 years of industry experience to ensuring accountability for tasks during both the design and construction phases of the project. His responsibilities include preparation of budget estimates, value engineering, systems cost analysis, scheduling of design and construction activities, subcontract coordination, material procurement, negotiation and award, and project administration, as well as the effective management of cost, schedule, quality, safety, community relations and project close-out.
