Shaping Challenges into Opportunities
We are always be shaped by the lessons we learn and the challenging situations we face. When we embrace those challenges, there’s a passion and a feeling of success that emerges when we make it to the other side. Throughout my journey at Mortenson, I’ve always felt like I’ve had the opportunity to learn and shape my leadership style rather than fitting into a mold.
A Place to Master Your Skills in the Trades
The art and science of construction will never be complete without the hardworking women and men that bring the built environment to life. A career in the trades is a rewarding and fulfilling career path and I have so much respect for the talent and skills that the craftspeople bring to our jobsites every day. It all begins with a positive jobsite culture, showing up for each other and building like it’s our own.
Finding the Ties that Bind
Today, servant leadership is so valuable to the success of our teams and organization. When we listen and dig deep to find individual strengths of our people, we create an avenue for personal growth and success. The work we do is always stronger and more meaningful when we engage diverse voices and commit to reflecting those voices in our work.
