Drew Bryan, who has been with Mortenson Properties since 2017, is the Vice President of Asset Management. In this role, he leads our renewable strategies, oversees asset management, capital markets, and sits on Mortenson Properties’ investment committee. Drew has worked in many areas of commercial real estate including acquisitions & development, asset management (ownership and lender) and corporate FP&A with most of his career prior to joining Mortenson at Dominium and Colliers Mortgage.

Drew received an Economics degree from Saint John’s University (MN). He and his family live in Rogers, Minnesota, and Drew volunteers his time as the Chair of the City of Rogers Planning Commission. Drew is also a member of NAIOP and spends his free time golfing, wake surfing and following the local and national sports scene.
