Technology is rapidly evolving, site constraints are getting even more unique, and the scale of turbines are consistently getting larger. I'm excited to see how we can continue improving innovation and technology growth within the renewable energy industry.

We need to listen more than talk for our team members to thrive. Our responsibility is to ensure our teams are prepared to meet and address the challenge of what's next.

I have had the opportunity to support operations for multiple business units at Mortenson while working with some of the most talented people in the industry. I have worked on projects such as AMLI Arc Tower, multiple data centers for Apple and Yahoo!, Microsoft West Campus, and Amgen's Workplace of the Future and now I’m excited to have a part in advancing renewable energy.
