As Capital Markets Analyst, London is responsible for supporting new development opportunities from inception to exit. She supports the capital markets and development teams in each of Mortenson's regional offices - Chicago, Denver, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Nashville, Phoenix, Portland, Salt Lake City, Seattle and Washington, D.C. She works with a multitude of asset types including data centers, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, life sciences, multi-family and office. Her key responsibilities include financial modeling, deal underwriting, creation of offering memoranda (debt and equity), due diligence support, market research and capital raising. London began her career with Mortenson Development as a summer intern between her junior and senior year of college. She joined the team as a full-time employee in July of 2023. 

London graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics and Finance. At the University of Wisconsin - Madison, she was a member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Club and the Women in Real Estate Club. She is now an active member of NAIOP's Developing Leaders Program and the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association. 

In her free time, London enjoys spending time with friends and family, going to group fitness classes, attending concerts and traveling.
