Mai Vang is an Asset Manager with Mortenson Properties. Mai joined in 2022 and oversees the medical office, life science, and Salt Lake City portfolio. Mai’s extensive experience in commercial real estate includes four years at JLL, one of the largest commercial real estate firms in the world and ten years at a local commercial real estate firm, Wellington Management, Inc. 

Mai received a Communication Studies degree from Bethel University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Florida. She is passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion practices in corporate America and volunteers as a board member in a non-profit Hmong women’s organization committed to cultivating leadership among women and girls. Mai is an active member of the Minnesota chapter of NAIOP and sits on the Community Enhancement Committee. In her spare time, Mai likes to read, garden, and spend time with her family.
