It’s important to be “people-focused” and have a desire to connect emotionally and mentally with your team; this allows us to communicate with them in ways that impact their mindsets and motivational instincts. When we take a giving approach to serving the needs of our team and its many individuals, we are stronger and better.

When we create certainty of project outcomes for our customers, we build trust. Our expertise enables this; we have people who can see the risks and procedural needs for every step. We intimately know the various entities and details of project needs throughout its lifecycle: from site selection and development agreements with AHJs, to zoning and entitlements, through designing and engineering to a proforma and budget, to excellence in planning, operations and safety. All of this ensures a holistic and exceptional customer experience.
PERSONAL PASSIONS
I’m passionate about contributing to a sustainable future for our state. I serve on the Greater Phoenix Economic Council (GPEC) as a Certified Ambassador, am on the board of directors for CoreNet Arizona, and am committee chair for AAED Greater Phoenix Events. I am a diehard Arizona professional sports fan, and, outside of work, enjoy playing golf and baseball competitively and spending time with my wife and son.
