Michael Klisanich is an Investment Executive with Mortenson Properties.  Since joining in 2022, Michael spearheads acquisitions & development investment opportunities in the Minneapolis/St. Paul and Denver markets.  Having worked at several Minneapolis-based boutique commercial real estate sponsors prior to joining Mortenson Properties, Michael has extensive commercial real estate investment and capital market expertise.

Michael earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree (with Honors) from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University (in Ontario, Canada).  Currently, Michael is a volunteer mentor with the Vantage Program at Minnetonka High School where he acts as a trusted and experienced advisor to a student during the year.  He is also a member of the Minnesota chapter of NAIOP, and when he’s not with his wife and kids, spends his free time playing golf and other sports.
