Robyn Duncan joined Mortenson Properties in 2022 as an Asset Manager and is responsible for the oversight of more than 2 million square feet of office, industrial, and medical office properties in Minnesota and Denver.  Her past experience includes four years as a property manager with Artis REIT, where she oversaw several office properties including a downtown Minneapolis high-rise.  Prior to that, she spent six years at CBRE serving large REITs such as AMB and Prologis.  Robyn has varying commercial real estate experience including accounting, lease administration, property management, and asset management. 

Robyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from St. Cloud State University where she graduated with honors.  She is an active member of NAIOP and involved in Mortenson’s internal business resource groups for Women and LGBTQ+.  Outside of work, Robyn enjoys gardening, hiking, and traveling with family and friends.
