As Development Manager, Tom is responsible for sourcing and advancing new development opportunities across the Upper Midwest. His responsibilities include site identification, tenant procurement, financial feasibility, debt and equity financing, entitlements, and design and construction oversight across all product types.
In his free time, Tom enjoys spending time with friends and family, being outdoors, cheering on Minnesota sports teams, traveling and experiencing new restaurants.
