MINNEAPOLIS – (Oct. 3, 2024) – Mortenson Properties, Inc. (MPI) has announced the addition of Ryan Bartley as Head of Investments. In this role, Bartley will have responsibility for oversight of MPI’s Investment Team, new investments, and national strategic growth. MPI is the real estate equity ownership arm in the Mortenson family portfolio of companies. MPI is an integrated solutions provider alongside M.A. Mortenson Company (“Mortenson”), which provides design, construction, and development to the commercial, institutional, and energy sectors across the U.S.

Bartley comes to MPI from the Minneapolis office of Link Logistics, a New York-based owner of last-mile logistics and supply chain real estate, where he served as senior vice president, market officer. Prior to that, he was at CSM Corporation, most recently as Director of Commercial Development & Investments. Bartley is actively engaged in professional organizations, serving as past president and board member of NAIOP-MN, and is a foundation board member of Children’s MN Hospital System.
MPI’s real estate portfolio is currently over 6.5 mil. square feet and 280 acres of developable land with assets in the Midwest and Rocky Mountain states. Focused on acquisitions and new development, MPI’s portfolio has grown quickly in industrial, life sciences, and medical office. This portfolio includes developments like Northern Stacks, a 1.7 million square foot industrial park in Fridley, Minn. built on an EPA Superfund site and is the largest in-fill commercial redevelopment in Minnesota; Discovery Square, a multi-building life science campus that is part of the Mayo Clinic’s Destination Medical Center initiative in Rochester MN; and a portfolio of medical office buildings for some of the region’s largest health care systems.
