The Fairview Research Center rises above a burgeoning neighborhood in the South Lake Union area of Seattle. Its exterior combines exposed concrete shear walls and curtain wall glass to an eye-catching effect, while the interior incorporates features selected to meet the specific needs of life science organizations. It also includes the buildout of seven interior research labs.
