Jessica Rabbach
Field Operations Manager | Milwaukee
As Field Operations Manager, Jessica is responsible for the overall direction of field operations, workforce development, and coaching and development of our field leaders. She has a passion for sustainable building practices, lean construction techniques, and volunteering for the Greater Good, having worked for years with Engineers without Borders in El Salvador and Honduras.
Jessica received her Bachelor of Science degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and later her Professional Engineering License in Illinois. Her career has included hands-on experience as an estimator, engineer, project manager, and superintendent. She joined Mortenson in 2016 and has since worked for some of Wisconsin’s leading companies including Froedtert Health, Advocate Aurora Health, and Uline. She’s led complex renovation projects for Froedtert, including the Integrated Procedural Platform, Central Sterile Expansion, and Center for Advanced Care Vertical Expansion, as well as large new construction including the new Aurora Medical Center Mount Pleasant and the Uline F6 Manufacturing Facility in Naples, Florida.
Jessica was a founding leader of Mortenson Wisconsin’s Women Advancing Mortenson (WAM) group focused on professional development, mentoring, education, and community outreach. She was honored as the Super Super Newsmaker of the Year by The Daily Reporter in 2018, which recognized her contributions within Wisconsin’s construction industry.
