The 15-story hotel includes three (3) levels of below-grade parking and 1,300 square feet of retail space designed with style and comfort in mind.

Residence Inn by Marriott is the global leader in extended-stay lodging, with over 700 properties in 10 countries and territories. As is the brand standard, this Residence Inn in Seattle's Downtown extends the feeling of comfortable living on the road, offering guests inviting and functional public spaces to relax or collaborate. Immediately upon entering, guests can easily access a market to grab quick bites and necessities or pass through to the casual yet chic Eighteen15 restaurant and bar. Guests also enjoy the hotel's grocery delivery service, complimentary Wi-Fi, 24-hour onsite food and beverage market, dry cleaning services, and an onsite guest laundry room. The hotel also maintains a business center, a 24/7 fitness center, and 7,000 square feet of meeting and conference space.

The 302-room all-suite hotel offers studio and one-bedroom room types designed for stays of five (5) nights or more. Each suite has a fully equipped kitchen with a coffeemaker, microwave oven, residential-sized appliances, and a large, well-lit workspace.

The hotel's site was previously a surface parking lot surrounded by buildings and streets that needed to remain fully operational during construction. Despite the incredibly constrained site conditions, our team was committed to ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests. We carefully coordinated with trade partners and neighboring buildings to honor noise and parking guidelines. Starting during the design phase, Mortenson's team implemented measures, including careful scheduling to limit street closures and planning for pedestrians, traffic, neighboring businesses, and trade partner safety.

A great level of trust has been established, and we see Mortenson as a trusted partner for the future.
