The hotel's site was previously a surface parking lot surrounded by buildings and streets that needed to remain fully operational during construction. Despite the incredibly constrained site conditions, our team was committed to ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests. We carefully coordinated with trade partners and neighboring buildings to honor noise and parking guidelines. Starting during the design phase, Mortenson's team implemented measures, including careful scheduling to limit street closures and planning for pedestrians, traffic, neighboring businesses, and trade partner safety.
