Todd started in the construction industry in the late 1990s after receiving a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from North Park University. In 2001 Todd joined Mortenson, becoming a vital asset in estimating and scheduling. Todd's exceptional technical skills and passion for mentorship make him stand out. He guides and inspires the newest generation of estimators, sharing his expertise while embracing their innovative ideas to improve his craft continuously.

Todd's responsibilities as Estimating Manager include quantity survey, pricing, and preconstruction planning during projects' design and construction phases. He prepares budget estimates and engages in value engineering, system cost analysis, and scheduling. Todd has led the estimating efforts on various projects and has always succeeded in reaching an acceptable GMP for our customers.
