Since joining Mortenson's Seattle office in 2007, Jeremy has brought passion, diligence, and expertise to each of his projects. He is a disciplined leader with exceptional communication and team-building skills, ultimately responsible for ensuring his team's safe and precise execution of their commitments.

Jeremy's career is marked by his experience in complex, high-profile projects on active healthcare campuses. He thoroughly understands the full impact of proper planning on a project's success. Jeremy's healthcare experience comprises complicated renovations, such as the University of Washington Medical Center's Phase II expansion and Harborview Medical Center's ORs expansion and Sleep Clinic relocation. Additionally, he has substantial new inpatient tower construction experience, including Providence Everett's Cymbaluk Medical Tower and Swedish's First Hill North Tower. His recent experience constructing a new specialty center for Kaiser Permanente in the Snohomish County area has allowed him to build strong relationships and familiarity with local subcontractors and trade partners.

Jeremy is an excellent communicator with incredible attention to detail. He finds fulfillment in working with and supporting our Mortenson team members and helping customers achieve their goals on time, within budget, and above expectations. In his role, he leads the collaborative effort of all parties to maximize the value of each project, guides our teams through initial contracting, and supports the team and all stakeholders with goal prioritization and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

Jeremy's dedication to advancing the communities where he lives and works is a testament to his commitment and passion within the construction industry. His involvement in the Snohomish County Economic Alliance Board of Trustees and his various certifications and memberships, including being a certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC), an Associate of the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA), and a LEED Accredited Professional, underscore this commitment. 

Jeremy is a proud Cougar alumnus, earning his Bachelor's in Construction Management from Washington State University. Outside of work, he maintains a modest and creative lifestyle. Jeremy's hobbies include spending quality time with family, building guitars, and producing music.
